To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

When ordering dedicated servers through Dediduck:

• • All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the listing
• • Payment is processed at the time of order
• • Billing cycles vary by provider and plan (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• • Refund policies are subject to the individual hosting provider's terms
• • We accept credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, and other payment methods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• • Conducting denial-of-service attacks
• • Hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights

• • Server specifications and pricing are provided by hosting partners and may change

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• • You may close your account at any time through your dashboard
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• • Active server subscriptions with providers remain subject to the provider's terms
• • Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
